By eliminating the 3rd party payer system, Americans could experience the same kind of benefits that are now being realized in areas of medicine like LASIK corrective eye surgery-improved technology and steadily falling prices. Will it take some new kind of government program? Some new fangled law?

NO!

Nope, the only thing it will require is that the government get out of the business of health insurance (Medicaid, Medicare) and health care by repealing all of the regulations that prevent a completely free, totally unregulated, market in medicine. This includes eliminating all regulations and state licensing of medical professionals.
